The timeless Shaker kitchen in this Victorian villa was designed to accommodate extended family, where social gatherings often revolve around food. Here, we allowed for as much seating as possible and deliberately placed the hob in the island so the cook can face into the room whilst working.
The pops of colour in the light shades aptly reflect the owner’s fun loving nature and the reflective qualities of the antique mirrored splashback allows the user to always feel involved with the goings-on behind them. Add to this the robust, low maintenance quartz tops and the result is an inviting, user-friendly and sociable space.
